After creating the shopping basket, the Customer (if they have not yet registered and logged into the system) must enter the data necessary for the delivery of the selected goods: their first name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Store confirms that the data provided by the Customer will be used exclusively for the purposes of selling and delivering goods, without violating the requirements for personal data protection provided for in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Customer has the opportunity to correct any errors before sending the order. If the Customer has not read the Store Rules before selecting the goods, they must do so before confirming their order and the data provided therein, otherwise it will be assumed that the Customer is familiar with the Rules.
Once the Customer has confirmed the order, the Store receives all information about it. The order is considered to have been placed from the moment it is received by the Store. In this case, it is also considered that a contract has been concluded between the Customer and the Store. However, such a contract is considered enforceable only from the moment the Store receives confirmation from the Customer’s chosen payment method regarding payment for the goods.
Once the Customer has placed an order, the Store’s system automatically sends the Customer an e-mail specifying the goods ordered and the data provided by the Customer.
Upon receiving notification that the Customer has made a payment for the order, the Store undertakes to fulfil the order.
The order placed by the Customer is stored in the Store’s database in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the storage period for such data.
In all cases, it is considered that by placing an order, the Customer is familiar with and unconditionally agrees to all the Rules of the Store, as well as all other conditions specified in the order.
